Incorporating exercise and active habits have played a significant role in our health transformation. Instead of spending money on fast food, we invested in exercise equipment that allowed us privacy and comfort as we began our fitness journey. Over time, we’ve learned the value of regular physical activity and its positive impact on our overall well-being.

Prioritizing our health has also meant embracing medical checkups and finding the right healthcare professionals. We discovered the benefits of seeking physicians with a DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) designation, appreciating their holistic approach to healthcare. While both MDs and DOs provide excellent care, the DO philosophy resonated with us.
